The United Methodist Women (UMW) at Arlington UMC holds Unit meetings the second Tuesday of January, March, September, and December.  There are 3 UMW Circles which meet as follows:

Anita Allison Circle:  (Meets on Tuesday evenings.)  This circle, formerly known as the Priscilla Circle, was later named in honor of Miss Allison who served as a short-time "Malaya 3" missionary.  The circle meets at 7 pm in the homes of its members or at the church on the third Tuesday of each month except as noted on the calendar.  Child care is not provided.

Shay Blackwell Circle:  (Meets on Monday evenings.)  This newest circle chose to name their circle after Shay Blackwell, a longtime St. Louis resident, currently serving as the director of the Soulard Family Center.  The goal of the center is to prevent child abuse.  Shay is a Deaconess of the United Methodist Church.  This circle meets at 7:15 pm on the fourth Monday of each month except as noted on the calendar.  They meet at the church.  Child care is provided.

Virginia Circle:  (Meets on Tuesday afternoons.)  This circle is named in honor of Mrs. Virginia Curtis (now deceased), who served as the first chairperson of the circle when it was organized.  The circle meets at 1:00 pm on the third Tuesday of each month except as noted on the calendar.  The circle usually meets in Wesley Hall at the church.
